Technical strategy
*Note: This strategy is to prepare enough qualified technical experts in Russia in order that they could implement BACnet equipment in their BACS projects.

  1. BACnet training center.
  2. "BIG-RU" E-newsletter for Russian BACS market.
  3. Exhibitions and conferences.
  4. To become the BACnet as Russian national standard in BACS field.
  5. Publications about "BIG-RU" and BACnet.
  6. Web promotion of BIG-RU work

 

Business strategy
*Note: Primarily this strategy is to help "BIG-RU" members to establish business connections with key players of the Russian market. Secondly the strategy is to show Russian investors and developers: where their profit with BACnet systems lays.

  1. Assist "BIG-RU" members to find a reliable company/partner in Russian building automation market for a future cooperation.
  2. The marketing report "Who is who in Russian BACS market?"
  3. Prepare a special newsletter for investors and developers from "BIG-RU" with success stories about BACnet projects.
  4. To organize meetings of "BIG-RU" members with investors, developers and building owners.
